I've been where you are, exhausted, needing change and traumatised from 'gentle sleep training'. After trying (and failing) this so-called ‘gentle approach' with my first highly sensitive little soul, I knew there needed to be another way, and so The Gentle Sleep Coach was born.
My approach to sleep support is deeply rooted in attachment, attunement, responsiveness, and empowering the parent as an expert on their unique little person.
It’s now my mission to flip the sleep training narrative, offering a roadmap that empowers parents to navigate sleep and parenting with kindness and confidence, knowing they’ve got this.

There is a huge number of resources in this membership, so to help you really settle in, I recommend staying for at least three months. But don’t worry, there are no strings attached! You’re welcome to cancel anytime if it’s not the right fit for you.
We change up the times each week, but they will generally be around 12pm or 7:30pm.
However, don’t worry if you can’t make it. You are able to submit your questions in advance and recordings are uploaded (and time stamped) for quick access when it’s convenient for you.
Unfortunately not, this isn't designed to be like a 1:1 consultation which is what you need if you are in sleep crisis, navigating very frequent wakes and feeling like you are at breaking point. Is there is ever a point where we need more information from you than we can gain on this platform, we will recommend a consult.
GF! The limit truely does not exist! Ask as many questions as you want, we reply to them 2x a day, Mon-Fri if however you are finding that you are finding you can't ask your questions in a few paragraphs, then this is likely a more complex sleep issue and it's likely something that needs lots more context and a full history for us to give you meaningful support, this is where our consults come in!
