If you’re looking for troubleshooting, confidence and reassurance or a simple plan you feel confident implementing on your own, this one-hour Zoom call is for you. We’ll walk through what’s happening with sleep, explore what is underneath it, and create a tailored, responsive plan that aligns with your values.

2 WEEK SUPPORT

Opt for an initial zoom consult, or we can do this via text whatever you prefer with follow up support via text (including voice note) each week! 

If you don’t have the headspace or time for calls but still want personalised support, this package is for you.

✔️60 minute initial consult - this can be via zoom OR you can opt for a text message based consultation (including voice note)

✔️Weekly 30 minute text support session with sleep diary review (one session per week, for two weeks including voice note)

✔️Summary emails after each block so you know your exact next steps

✔️A checkin email between our text session (so we are touching base every 2/3 days)

✔️Access to relevant guides and tools chosen for your family’s journey

HOW IT WORKS:

Unlike the full month package, which holds space for multiple big shifts and frequent wakes, this two-week option is designed for smaller, focused changes. Well dive into short naps and night wakes and support those longer stretches, and start supporting you with making 1 or 2 bigger shifts (like changing how you are settling, moving from bedsharing or night weaning) you will likely need to still keep building on those bigger shifts after we sign off, but you will be WELL one your way and have the confidence, momentum, and reassurance to keep moving forward.

BEST SUITED FOR:

Please note this is not a good fit if your little one is waking hourly or more, or if you’re wanting to tackle multiple big changes all at once (like moving from bedsharing, night weaning, and introducing a partner to bedtime).

FOLLOW UP CALL

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

This 45-min Zoom call is for families who’ve had a 1:1 consult in the last 3 months. We'll check in, troubleshoot, and tweak your plan. Includes updated summary and any new resources.

WHO IT'S FOR:

This if for previous clients to book (within 3 months of initial consult). NOTE: If your baby is waking 2 hourly of less, we strongly recommend considering the one month, you will need additional calls.
